    Dear Xoliswa

I wanted to write to say a huge thank you to you and everyone of your well organised team for the wonderful catering service you provided for our 2011 Cape Winelands Film Festival. Your ability to fulfil all aspects concerning our contract was delivered with a quiet authority, competence and great skill. The catering was a tremendous success and very well received by all our international guests and local visitors. The coffee and the unique pastries and desserts was greatly appreciated. I received several complimentary remarks about your catering.

Without your calm professionalism and attention to detail not to mention the near superhuman effort put in by all of your team, the special events at the Film Festival could not have been anything like the success it was.

    Once again THANK YOU !!

    Kindest Regards
    Leon vd Merwe

    Dear Xoliswa

We would like to say a very big THANK YOU for the enormous amount of work and effort that went into creating our really special wedding cakes. The degree of perfection in each and every forty of the mini cakes was astounding. It was a big wow factor and a definite highlight of our evening. However, the proof of the pudding is always in the eating! They had the taste to match their elegance. Our guests are still talking about the perfection!

We would also like to thank you for the chocolate cake you baked for Matt's birthday. I am not a chocolate person but I don't think I've tasted anything so good to this day. I offered one of our guests a slice and he politely declined the offer because he too was not a chocolate person. His sister demanded he taste it and he ended up eating two slices! So much for not being chocolate people - I guess it takes a certain type of chocolate cake to do the trick!

If we don't see you performing on the BBC Lifstyle channel as one of the "top world" chefs or running a Persian top restaurant in the near future, I will be most surprised.

All the best for the future, chef!
    Love, Nikki and Matt
